I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
During this time, we have placed a larger emphasis on the health and safety of our employees and customers. Therefore, domestic orders will be fulfilled within 2 days of processing and should arrive at most destinations within 7 days.
My item arrived broken/damaged? What should I do?
Items that arrive damaged can be returned for a full-refund or qualifying exchange. Simply, take a photo of your item and provide your order number to our customer care team at lilliemaearomatherapy@gmail.com.
Do you offer returns?
For the majority of our items, All Sales Are Final. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will send out replacements for those missing/damaged items within 14 days of receipt of the package. Please contact us at lilliemaearomatherapy@gmail.com for more information regarding your order.
How can I contact the Customer Care Team?
Please email lilliemaearomatherapy@gmail.com. We typically respond to all inquiries within 48 hours - however, this can be extended due to holidays or product launches.
Can I change my order once I've placed it?
No, once you place an order it is final. However, if you have a specific case you can reach out to our Customer Care Team for more assistance using our Contact us Page.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
To reset your password, go to https://www.lilliemaearomas.com/account/login and click on “Forgot your password?” above the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your email address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an email notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password as normal on this page: https://www.lilliemaearomas.com/account/login

What days are you closed?
*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
What method is used for shipping?
Most orders are shipped through USPS. We also use Fedex and UPS for larger orders.
