During this time, the health and safety of our employees and customers is of high importance. Which is why Lillie Mae Handmade Aromatherapy Products LLC. is committed to following the national recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

What does this mean for our customers?

  • Potential delays. Generally our processing times average between 1-2 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. These times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, or promotional events
  • If we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order, we will notify you immediately via email.

*Note: business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

Returns

Currently, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless your items arrive damaged. If you have a special case that you’d like us to consider, please contact us through our contact form or at lilliemaearomatherapy@gmail.com

Shipping

Lillie Mae Handmade Aromatherapy Products LLC. may, on occasion, offer shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a designated amount.. These promotions can change periodically. 

We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

USPS Priority Shipping - for domestic, all states within the USA: Estimated delivery 3-4 days

USPS International Shipping - for international countries we ship to worldwide: Estimated delivery 10-15 days

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
